After 40, what makes you feel good can change

How many times have you said:
"I'll start on Monday"?

You don't need another diet, a new regime, or another "perfect" plan. You need a simple, sustainable way to take care of yourself in your real life, today.

Lifestyle coaching for women 40+. Feel truly well, for good.

Discover the programme One step at a time, at your own pace

The problem isn't that you don't know enough
You already have enough rules:

Eat this
Avoid that
Exercise more
Sleep better
Meditate
Make time for yourself

In the end, it can almost feel as though taking care of yourself
has become another full-time job

A shift in perspective
Finding what works for you:

With your body
With your time
With your energy
With the life you have today

It isn't about changing everything
It's about finding the few adjustments
that can genuinely make a difference

Six areas, one balance

Six areas of your life
A new way to feel good

Sleep

Rest is an essential form of care and deserves to be a priority. It's neither wasted time nor a luxury.

Nutrition

Eating well means learning to listen to your body. It's not about following rigid rules or living with guilt.

Movement

What matters is movement you can sustain over time, even in its simplest forms. Your body is built to move, not to perform.

Environment

The space we live in shapes our wellbeing. Small changes can make your surroundings more comfortable, enjoyable, and truly yours.

Stress

Pausing, breathing and listening to your body's signals are practical acts of self-care. Stress can't be eliminated, but we can learn to recognise and manage it.

Relationships

People around us deeply influence
our wellbeing. Taking care of yourself also means being mindful of who you give your time and energy to.

A different approach

Less “I have to”
More “this helps me feel good”

The Lifestyle coaching I offer starts with you, not with a list of things to give up. Together, we look at what is going on, understand what you really need, and turn that awareness into choices that are:

Practical · Accessible · Sustainable

We aren't looking for the perfect week. We are creating something that genuinely works for your life, adapting to your rhythm, your needs and what matters most to you.

The women I support

Women 40+ who are ready to prioritise their wellbeing

This may be a season of change, after years focused on your professional life, your family or other people. It may coincide with menopause, or simply with the feeling that certain habits are no longer in tune with who you are today.

This approach is also for women who have spent years managing demanding schedules, significant responsibilities and little space for themselves. Women who know exactly what it means to put duty before their own needs, and who now want to find a more sustainable balance. It's a reality I know intimately, drawing from my own experience in the humanitarian sector.

What my clients say

In their own words

“

I started working with Maria during a difficult time in my life—a sudden transition that felt like the rug had been pulled out from under me. Our sessions have been a carousel of emotions, self-discovery, accountability, hard truths, and practical exercises—all gently but firmly guided by Maria. It is a bit like learning to drive: you feel free, a little reckless, maybe even afraid—but ultimately safe, because someone is right there with you. They let you take the wheel, but they are ready to hit the brakes if needed. And while you are learning the manoeuvres, you somehow end up exactly where you were meant to go.

“

Maria was an enormous help in giving me the tools to move forward with my book project at a time when I was overwhelmed by doubt and uncertainty. Her kindness and constant attention to words made the process deeply meaningful and helped me heal my relationship with my painful past. She guided me to see how I could shift my perspective on my personal story, becoming fully aware of what I could do to achieve my goal. Working with Maria gave me renewed confidence and vitality, not only to move forward with my project, but also in the way I approached this stage of my life.

“

Maria supported me through the transition from a high-stakes role in international cooperation within conflict settings to an academic world marked by uncertainty and new challenges. She helped me find the clarity and determination I needed to navigate this new path. She helped me make sense of things, see possibilities in every difficulty, and find practical and sustainable ways to take care of my wellbeing during this transition and in the new life I have today.
