Working together

An approach designed for
your life

We don't start with a fixed model. We begin right where you are today, focusing on what you want to change and what can realistically fit into your everyday life.

How it takes shape

We look at your life as a whole

My Lifestyle coaching approach considers six areas that play an important role in everyday wellbeing:

Sleep · Nutrition · Movement · Environment · Stress · Relationships

Together, these six themes help us understand your current priorities today and where it makes sense to begin.

They aren't six rigid areas to ‘fix’ in a set order: some will need more attention than others, and your needs may evolve as we go.

The principles that guide me

We already know many of the answers

We often already have an idea of what makes us feel good. The key is connecting what we know with what we are actually able to do.

It needs to stay simple

Habits need to fit into real life. If something is too complicated, expensive or difficult to maintain, it's unlikely to become part of your everyday routine.

No judgement

Every woman has different needs, circumstances and rhythms. We start with what matters to you and with what can genuinely fit into your life.

Life is always changing

The changes that come with time can be an opportunity to reconsider your priorities and adopt new habits that support your energy and vitality.

How it works

Three steps to
TRULY begin

1.

Pause

We take an honest look at where you are today, without judgement, to understand what needs your attention and what your priorities are.

2.

Create clarity

We focus on what is worth your time and attention and build a realistic approach together, taking into account your life, circumstances, and needs.

3.

Try

I support you as you introduce small changes into everyday life, one step at a time. Without seeking perfection, we focus on finding what genuinely works for you.

The approach

A clear structure,
with room to adapt

Lasting change takes time. For this reason, our work doesn't end with a single session. It generally develops over several months, allowing time between sessions to practise what we explore, see what works, and adjust what doesn't.

This isn't a process to follow passively. It's an opportunity to experiment and introduce small changes into your everyday life.

We decide on the duration and number of sessions based on your starting point, your goals and what emerges along the way.

Sessions are individual and take place online, with a frequency we choose together based on your needs.

There is no rigid programme to complete. We shape what comes next together.

The first step is
a conversation
