Your data, made clear
How I handle the information you share on this website, in a few words.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Maria Ferrara. For any question about your data, you can write to contatto@mariaferraracoaching.com.
What data I collect
Contact form. Your name, email address and the message you choose to send. Please don’t include detailed health information in the form: if you wish, we can talk about it during the call.
Technical data. Like any website, the hosting server automatically records some browsing data (for example IP address, date and time of the visit), used only to keep the site running and secure.
Why I use it
I use the data from the form only to reply to you and, if you wish, to arrange the introductory call. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I don’t use your data for newsletters or advertising, and I don’t share it with anyone.
How long I keep it
If your request does not lead to working together, I delete your data within 12 months of our last contact. If we do start working together, I keep it for as long as needed for the programme and to meet legal obligations.
Who else may see it
The website and mailbox are hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on my behalf only to provide these services.
The site’s typefaces are provided by Google Fonts (Google). To display them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies. More information in Google’s privacy policy.
The LinkedIn link leads to an external website with its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies: no profiling, analytics or technical cookies. That’s why there is no banner to accept.
Your rights
At any time you can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a readable format. Just write to contatto@mariaferraracoaching.com.
If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.
