Before becoming a Lifestyle coach, I spent over twenty years in the humanitarian sector, working in conflict zones, standing alongside affected communities and supporting frontline workers.
I had to adapt quickly, listen deeply, and recognise what truly matters when life gets difficult.
Over time, I realised that true wellbeing isn't sparked by a single moment; it's a gradual awareness that becomes part of how we live.
For me, that meant reconnecting with nature, movement, travel, and a constant curiosity to learn. I started to prioritise rest, be more conscious of my eating habits, and carefully choose the relationships I give my time and energy to.
Wellbeing isn't a destination
It's a practice we cultivate, day after day
This is where my path began
